Returns:

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 5 days after it has been received. Item(s) must be returned in the same conditions as received; otherwise it (they) will not be accepted.

Guidelines

1. A return authorization must be obtained from the customer service (cs@afstore.uk.com) to receive a refund before you send the merchandise back. Otherwise the order will not be refunded.

2. Please indicate the reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.

3. Please pack the merchandise securely and include the following information in the package: bill-to name, bill-to address; ship-to name, ship-to address; order number; reason for return.

4. All the returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Abercrombieoutlet.uk.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Note: Postage for non-defective merchandise is not refundable. In addition, 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. And the return may take one to two weeks for processing.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days after the order receipt for merchandise. You can specify the item you want to exchange for and the new color or size in your email to the customer service (cs@afstore.uk.com). Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

If you're exchanging an item because of quality issues, we will arrange the shipment for free. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

If the exchange is due to personal reasons, like size or color etc., you’ll be fully responsible for the shipping charge (usually £20, shipping rate for normal orders will not apply here), in addition to the deficiency for the price of the item you choose to exchange for if there’s any. The remaining portion of the original order amount will be refunded accordingly if it’s an over-payment.
